Tenterden Leisure Centre Trust Limited

Background

Tenterden Leisure Centre is managed by Serco Leisure Operating Limited acting as agents for the Tenterden Leisure Centre Trust Limited.

Tenterden Leisure Centre Trust Limited was established in May 2002. The Directors are volunteers, who have all responded to advertisement or invitation. The aim is to maintain a Board of Directors, which is representative of the town and surrounding villages, with a balance of men and women, and represents the full spectrum of age groups. Certain organisations have a right to places on the Board but there is a predominance of users of the facilities of the Centre.

Purpose

The purpose of the Trust is to provide sporting, recreational and leisure facilities for the residents of Tenterden and the surrounding villages.

While our partnership agent, Serco Leisure Operating Limited carries out the day-to-day operation of the Centre, we are both continuously looking for opportunities to expand the offer to our customers. Of course it is the customers who are the key, and we look to them to make suggestions and proposals.
