If a little relaxation is what you need, then why not visit our Health Suite.  With a sauna, steam room and spa, you can relax in comfort whilst easing aches and pains and gently detoxifying the system.  Many people find that these facilities can help to combat the symptoms of a wide range of medical conditions such as arthritis, eczema and asthma, but we would always advise seeking medical advice before your visit.

Our Health Suite is an adult only area, and we do ask that all customers using this facility respect other users by wearing swimwear at all times.
