BODYPUMP High-rep weight training combines with aerobic conditioning. Tone and reshape your body by bringing the gym into the studio.
BODYSTEP Athletic style step class with set choreography, great music and much more fun than any step class you’ve done before.
BODYATTACK A cardiovascular interval training class. High intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises.
HATHA YOGA A gentler form of Yoga, but still very challenging to both mind and body. Learn to focus, breath, unwind and find total harmony.
AQUAFIT the perfect way to enjoy a fun and exhilarating workout whilst using the natural buoyancy of the water to support the body. This offers an excellent workout, without placing undue pressure on the joints.
Supple Strength: Deep stretches and yoga poses blended with pilates based core conditioning for a perfect combination to lengthen and strengthen postwall muscles. Optional relaxation for the complete mind and body.
