Class Descriptions
KICK-START: Step/Aerobic/Stretch & Flex classes for the beginner or if you are new to exercise! Easy-to-follow choreography carefully taught to improve co-ordination, fitness and confidence.
BODYPUMP: High-rep weight training combines with aerobic conditioning. Tone and reshape your body by bringing the gym into the studio.
BODYSTEP: Athletic style step class with set choreography, great music and much more fun than any step class you’ve done before.
BODYATTACK: A cardiovascular interval training class. High intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises.
HATHA YOGA: A gentler form of Yoga, but still very challenging to both mind and body. Learn to focus, breath, unwind and find total harmony.
AQUAFIT: The perfect way to enjoy a fun and exhilarating workout whilst using the natural buoyancy of the water to support the body. This offers an excellent workout, without placing undue pressure on the joints.
SUPPLE STRENGTH: Deep stretches and yoga poses blended with pilates based core conditioning for a perfect combination to lengthen and strengthen postwall muscles. Optional relaxation for the complete mind and body.
ACTIVE LIFESTYLE: Exercise to music aimed at the more mature customer. Join our specially designed active lifestyle mornings on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Ask at reception for a full list of activities

TAI CHI FIT: Authentic Chinese exercises with the amazing health benefits. Healthy for your mind, body and spirit. Help your life flow.
Legs, Bums and Tums: The classic session, an all over body conditioning class, any equipment may be used and some cardiovascular exercise may be included.
BOX FIT: A fun and furious way to exercise, improve co-ordination and maintain good health, available for different age groups : teens and adults
SPIN: The ultimate cardio-vascular exercise. This is one of the highest fat burning classes available. Suitable for all levels from the beginning to the advanced rider.
